The Rocket by Modern Tiny Living is a custom tiny house built for a client that wanted some pizzazz and funk! The home features a blue and neon green accented exterior and a red interior. While funky, the home is still functional with its main floor bedroom, large kitchen, full bathroom, and plentiful storage.
The Rocket is a 28-foot tiny house with blue LP Vertical Smart Siding, neon green trim and door, and black metal roof. There is also a 21-foot awning.
The tiny home is Modern Tiny Living’s most off-grid unit to date. It includes solar power, an off-grid refrigerator, and rain catchment system w/ UV filter and storage tanks. The client is based in Maine, so it was also built to withstand extreme cold.
Inside the Rocket is a main floor bedroom with several shelves and two windows. There is also a guest bedroom loft with room for a king size bed.
The kitchen includes a 3-burner gas cooktop, countertop microwave w/convection oven, and 24″ black undermount sink. The rocket red custom cabinets and storage staircase provide some of the pizzazz the client was looking for.
In the full bathroom is a fiberglass shower, Nature’s Head composting toilet, a wall mounted vanity, sink with base cabinet, and floating shelves.
