The Mountain Chickadee sits on a 10-foot wide trailer (vs. the traditional 8.5-foot) and has a bay window bump-out, allowing for a more spacious interior and different layout. The exterior is a mix of standing seam gray metal with wood accents. The roof matches the sides.
There are large windows and full white walls, cabinets, and ceiling, providing a bright interior.
The kitchen appliances include an electric cooktop, drawer style dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. There is also an electric on-demand water heater.
There is an abundant amount of storage space between the kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, cabinet Murphy bed, and wardrobe in the bedroom. There is also a storage loft over the bathroom.
