The living room is strategically positioned on a raised platform, creating a generous storage space beneath the floor. Cleverly designed built-in benches not only offer storage underneath but also transform into a comfortable bed for two.
The Kokosing’s kitchen boasts navy blue cabinets, a white quartz countertop, and an elegant marble backsplash. Among the stainless steel appliances are a 30″ four-burner stovetop with a range hood, a 30″ refrigerator/freezer, and a washer/dryer combination unit. To complete the Nantucket theme, a 24″ white farmhouse sink with a retractable wand faucet takes center stage.
Ascending the storage stairs leads to the queen-size bedroom loft, illuminated by five windows that flood the space with natural light. The same Acacia wood floors featured on the main level lend continuity to the design. Transitioning through a white barn door, you’ll find the bathroom adorned with a marble tile floor, open shelving, and a composting toilet.
