The exterior of our tiny house is designed for durability and convenience. It’s built on an Iron Eagle Tiny House Trailer with three 7K axles, ensuring stability and safety on the road. With a trailer rating of 20,000 lbs and a completed weight of approximately 14,500 lbs, you can tow it with confidence. The standing seam metal roof in Midnight Bronze not only looks sleek but also provides long-lasting protection.
Inside the tiny house, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space. It features a versatile downstairs flex room, perfect for a home office or accommodating a king-size bed. The wide plank engineered oak hardwood flooring adds warmth and style.
The kitchen boasts marble tile countertops, and a 126” tall brick fireplace with an electric heater creates a cozy atmosphere.
You’ll also find a built-in 32″ Smart TV hutch and a custom downstairs bedroom headboard. Ample storage is provided with an array of built-in storage cubbies, cabinets, and closets.
The mini-split system ensures comfortable heating and air conditioning year-round. The kitchen is equipped with a 21″ 4-burner LP gas range, an exterior vented hood fan, and a custom 2-door energy-efficient 10.1 cuft. refrigerator/freezer.
The interior design features a mixture of brass and matte black hardware, adding a touch of sophistication.
Craftsman exterior French doors with a Smart WIFI handle set add a touch of elegance, and three lighting fixtures at the front door and two exterior power outlets offer practicality. Additionally, it comes equipped with a 50 amp electrical panel, propane hookup with an auto-changeover valve, and an energy-efficient LP tankless water heater.
For a peaceful night’s sleep, the tiny house includes a large sleeping loft that can accommodate a queen-size mattress. The loft offers a cozy and private space to rest and unwind.
The bathroom is equipped with a 36” x 36” tile shower, an energy-efficient flush bath toilet, and a ceramic bath vanity with sink and brass accents. A full tile backsplash adds a touch of luxury.
