There are currently three tiny homes available for nightly rental through Airbnb, and eventually there will be nine homes.

Each rustic modern tiny house is 400-square-feet on the main level and has a 170-square-foot sleeping loft with two twin beds. The main level includes a master bedroom with queen bed, living room with pull-out sofa bed, large kitchen and dining area, and bathroom. A sliding glass door leads out to a large covered patio with views of the Grand Staircase Escalante Monument.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, farmhouse sink, and microwave. In the bathroom is a shower, vanity with vessel sink, and flush toilet.
